If you configure your fw correctly in Tiger and upgrading to Leopard, you have to activate it allover again. The weirdest thing is even after disallowing all incoming connections using the regular user interface, it is still possible to access some services such as NetBIOS Naming Service.
If you recently installed Leopard on your Mac, make sure to activate the firewall. If you don’t feel safe enough, consider installing a third party firewall application.
